Pre-dawn departures for early Bali flights and late arrivals are both standard for us; state the flight number and we schedule around it. Our waiting policy is simple and stated up front: the driver waits at no extra charge for the first 60 minutes after your flight actually lands, which covers baggage delays and the walk out. Beyond that we contact you first, and only then discuss waiting time.
